IMPORTANT HEALTH COVERAGE TAX DOCUMENTS

If you were a full-time employee of Dixon Ticonderoga Company during the calendar year 2025, you may be eligible to receive a Form 1095-C, Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage statement, detailing the health coverage offered to you and your dependents.

To reduce paperwork and administrative burden, Dixon Ticonderoga Company is using an alternative method to furnish these statements. We are no longer required to automatically mail paper copies to all individuals unless a request is made. You are not required to file this statement with your personal taxes.

If you would like to request a free paper copy of your Form 1095-C for your records, you may do so by contacting us using one of the methods below:
